My Top 5 Captain Picks for Gameweek 15

Gameweek 15 is upon us and it is that time of the week again, so lets get them double points shall we.

Before that let's take a look at how my last week's picks got on.

5)Sergio Aguero:2 points
4)Harry Kane:1 point
3)Alexis Sanchez:4 points
2)Odion Ighalo:12 points
1)Romelu Lukaku:6 points

The top 3 came back with some returns but disappointing scores from Aguero and Kane.

Let's move on to this week's Top 5 picks.

5)Sadio Mane: The flat track bully is up against Aston Villa, who sit at the bottom of the table with 27 goals conceded. Villa look like they are going down this season, after even a managerial change not improving their poor state. Mane picked up an assist at the weekend against Man city and scored Southampton's only goal in their defeat against Liverpool yesterday, so he's showing some form and looks like a good option for a captain pick.

4)Daniel Sturridge: The injury prone striker is finally back(for now)
and after a promising performance against Southampton which saw him score twice. Sturridge will look to terrorise the already depleted Newcaslte defense that has conceded the joint most goals this season.Owned by only 1.4% of FPL manager he can also prove to be a great differential.
3)Jamie Vardy: The man that needs no introduction set a new premier league record for the most consecutive goals after overtaking Man United legend Ruud Van Nistelrooy. Vardy has shown consistency throughout the season which is every FPL manager's dream, and he looks to extend his record this weekend when he plays Swansea who have massively dipped in form since the beginning of the season.
2)Romelu Lukaku: The man in form extended his goal scoring run of 5 goals in the past 4 games in the premier league after putting one past Bournemouth at the weekend. Lukaku will look to continue this run when he's up against Crystal Palace, a team that is looking strong this season again with Pardew, but Lukaku's form shows that he can score no matter the opposition.
1)Mesut Ozil/Odion Ighalo: It was tough singling one of those two for the number one spot this week as these 2 have proven to be consistent throughout the season. Ozil got himself a goal against Norwich and Ighalo bagged a goal and an assist against Villa. I expect them both to continue showing consistency when they come up against Sunderland and Norwich respectively.

As always it has been me @FOOTBALLPOLICE3 and I wish you all your captains Good Luck!

Top 5 Captain Picks for Gameweek 14

The weekend is approaching us and we've got to decide who to give our armbands to. Last weekend I got 5/5 picks correctly with all the players performing. 5) Kane: 13 points 4) Costa: 6 points 3) Ozil: 8 points 2) Vardy: 7 points 1) Lukaku: 12 points Let's move on to my top 5 captain picks for GW14 and hopefully another performing 5/5. 5) Sergio Aguero: This might come as a surprise to many people that he's at 5th, but Agüero still hasn't reached full fitness and Man City face a tough Southampton defense at a time after they've lost their last two games against Liverpool and Juventus. With that being said, Agüero is one of the best, if not the best, strikers in the league and can change the game at any moment.
4) Harry Kane: The young Englishman is on a roll scoring 7 goals in his last 4 games for Spurs. He's up against Chelsea; who when they played this time around last year, Spurs beat them 5-3 with Kane getting 2 goals and an assist. Spurs look much more organized than they did last season and are making a push for top 4.

3) Alexis Sanchez: After 4 straight blanks from the Chilean winger, many FPL managers gave up on him, but wrongly so in my opinion. He was unlucky not to score any points last week as he set up a few good chances and would've gotten the assist had Cazorla converted his penalty. He then went on to score a brace and got an assist midweek against Zagreb, which is promising as he's coming up against Norwich at the weekend.
2) Odion Ighalo: The Nigerian Hornet has been very consistent along the road, and is up against the worst side in the league at the moment, Aston villa. The Villans have just come off of a 4-0 defeat against Everton and are low on confidence. Watford play a very positive style of football and should be able to put a few past Brad Guzan.
1) Romelu Lukaku: The Belgian Beast makes a return to my top 5 captain picks' number one spot, and rightly so after he netted 4 goals and assisted twice in his last 3 games and he's showing no signs of slowing down. He's up against the worst defense in the league, Bournmouth's, who have conceded 27 goals on the road.

I am @FOOTBALLPOLICE3 and I wish all my fellow managers Good Luck

#CoffeeHouse Differentials

 Christian Eriksen:

Christian Eriksen is only owned by 6.1% of Fantasy Managers. At 8.4 he gives you a cheaper root into the Tottenham team. Harry Kane at over a million dearer will be supplied by Eriksen and the Tottenham talisman will be racking up the assists 2 goals and 6 assists in 9 starts and as he's on corners and free kicks more are surely to come. Tottenham's next five games are: Chelsea, West Brom, Newcastle, Southampton and Norwich City.

Out of those games, Tottenham should be coming away with wins at West Brom, Newcastle and Norwich at least.

 Diego Costa:

Diego Costa is only owned by 6.4% of Fantasy Managers. 10.9 is a lot as there are many other in form strikers, but if Chelsea do hit form he will be the one banging in the goals.

He's due to score and got many chances against Norwich with great players such as Hazard supplying him.

Chelsea have great fixtures coming up so it's likely he'll rack up the goals. Games against: Tottenham, Bournemouth, Leicester City, Sunderland and Watford. The games against The Cherries, The Black Cats and The Hornets are all winnable.

 Gerard Deulofeu:

2.5% ownership and only 6.3. Everton have finally hit form during this great run of fixtures. He's Everton's assist man and was wrongly not given an assist this week.

With Romelu Lukaku on form he will get many chances of getting an assist. In 6 starts he has a goal and 6 assists.
His upcoming seven fixtures are: Bournemouth, Crystal Palace, Norwich Leicester City Newcastle, Stoke City and Tottenham. The main games where I think points will come are: Bournemouth, Crystal Palace, Leicester, Stoke City and Tottenham.

 Alberto Moreno:

4% ownership and a key part of Jurgen Klopp's new defence at 4.9 he's a great budget defender and now nailed on due to the long term injury of Gomez.

He is probably one of the most attacking defenders in the league and always gets into the box. Now with Benteke and Sturridge returning he should be looking to get more assists.
